Erin Holland

Director of Marketing

Erin Holland joined NTP Events in July 2023 and is currently the Director of Marketing. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading multiple marketing efforts for clients while supporting the Vice President of Marketing.

With a passion for elevating brand presence and driving business growth, and over ten years of experience and expertise in marketing and project management, Erin brings a creative and analytical approach to crafting impactful campaigns and orchestrating multi-channel strategies designed to meet and exceed client goals and objectives.

Prior to joining NTP, Erin led marketing and membership efforts for several diverse clients and agencies, including the Premium Cigar Association, where she served as Head of Marketing and Membership for the past four years. Throughout her career, Erin has spearheaded innovative marketing campaigns and multi-level strategies to achieve significant membership and revenue growth and strengthen brand recognition and loyalty.

Erin holds a Master of Arts in Visual Studies and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Design from Old Dominion University, as well as an associate degree in Sociology. Erin also holds a Professional Certified Marketer Certificate from the American Marketing Association, is CPR certified, and is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor,

Whether it’s optimizing digital presence or fostering new business relationships, Erin’s commitment to excellence shines through in every endeavor.

In her free time, Erin enjoys traveling and immersing herself in new cultures, spending time outdoors, whitewater rafting, spending time on (or in) the water, horseback riding, dancing, tackling DIY home improvement projects, reading, hanging with her cat, or simply enjoying time with family and friends.
