HR Coordinator
Denise joined NTP in 2016. She supports NTP with all of their HR needs. From onboarding to benefit roll-outs, from policy development to staff appreciation and recognition, Denise is always on the go in her HR role.
Prior to joining NTP, Denise worked for over 15 years in various HR capacities. She began her HR career in a nursing home setting in Western NY before settling in the Northern Virginia area. She then worked for a large payroll company assisting small companies with their HR needs before taking on the role of HR Manager for a government contractor. Regardless of the size or type of company, Denise believes HR is the glue that holds companies together!
Denise is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) accreditation. When she is not working, Denise loves cheering on the Nats, traveling, and spending time with her family.

What is your dream vacation?
The beach-any beach, anywhere, any time of year.
What’s your most embarrassing childhood memory?
I somehow managed to break my arm when I fell off my tricycle-not a bike-but a tricycle! I am still not sure how that happened.
What is the scariest horror movie you have seen?
I’m not a big fan of horror movies but decided to see The Blair Witch Project in the movie theater. It was the scariest movie I’ve ever seen and as a result, I had to sleep in my younger brother’s room for days afterward. My family made fun of me for having to sleep there, but I was so scared, I didn’t care!
